ECAT (Engineering College Admission Test)

NIST offers ECAT preparatory classes for students who seek ‘Engineering’ as a potential degree subject. Our ECAT program serves to students who need preparation for entry test of a university-level degree program. We aim to prepare students with all the pre-requisites that are required to successfully pass entry test for an engineering degree program. We train students according to specific criterion of a particular institution. With our ECAT program, you can overcome any hurdle for entry test and get admission in your preferred university.

Program Objectives

Our ECAT course enables you to get hands-on knowledge and skills required for passing ECAT. With our ECAT program, you can:

Analyze major technicalities involved in ECAT
Develop essential skills to successfully pass ECAT
Develop a time sense to complete the test in a timely manner

Duration of Course

The course will commence from December 2016 (Batch 1) and January 2016 (Batch 2)
Classes – 6 days a week, 1.5 hours per class

Course Roadmap

Our ECAT program will be conducted six days in a week. Each subject will be allocated one and half hour on alternative days. Our course roadmap involves a holistic approach that is based on teacher-student interaction. We have proficient trainers who have vast experience of teaching ECAT. Our teaching methodology is based on one-on-one communication between ‘teacher and student’ which means every student will get individual attention by our teachers.

Course Assessment

There will be daily self-assessment tests at the end of each lecture. Each test will cover important aspects of that particular lecture. Our teachers will provide students with comprehensive explanations of answers after completion of those tests. We also carry out full-length tests twice a month on regular basis to evaluate performance of students.
